You need to be careful with your wardrobe. Very careful. This is especially true for men, but also goes for the ladies.
After a few drinks and a romp, it’s hard to always remember to check your wardrobe for signs of inappropriateness. For men, specific dangers are lipstick, sparkles, eye-shadow, etc. Anything your affair partner puts on their skin, can come off – on your clothes.
With appropriate planning, you can mitigate the wardrobe risk.
We recommend keeping a few extra outfits at a separate location; the office is always a popular choice, but not the only one. If you’re going have a tryst after work, you put on one of your spare shirts: go do your thing, and change out of it afterwards. Do this *even* if you think that they’re clean and unmarked.
We also always recommend having a few toiletries handy. After you have said sex, take a shower to wash off any perfume you may have on you. Re-style your hair. Put on deodorant. This is basic information, but very important.
For cleaning, dry clean close to the office – drop them off during lunch and ALWAYS PAY CASH and ALWAYS THROW AWAY THE RECEIPT. Needless to say, any spare wardrobe or toiletries need to be HIDDEN and ACCESSIBLE.
Take some time to think about where that would be for you.
Make it a habit – always change into a set of clothes before your affair-date, and always change out of them after. Simple.
